Chick-fil-a - Roswell

Chick-fil-A usually delivers good service, but the staff here goes the extra 100 miles to make it a downright memorable experience. Thanks for being unique both times I visited this location!

The unique quality of Chick-fil-A, in general, is the consistency of the food, service and hospitality. Even with the bar set so high, they hurdle it here by welcoming you as if you were coming over their house for a Saturday BBQ! Once finished eating, everyone says goodbye and you walk out with a smile on your face.

We love this location, especially the manager, Emily! She always goes the extra mile to ensure our happiness. We love CFA and we love Emily! !

I this Chick-fil-A and all of its kind employees. My 5-year-old daughter spilled her cup of water all over herself and the floor at the register, and she was so embarrassed that she almost cried. The young man behind the counter went above and beyond to be so kind and encouraging to her and put a huge smile on her face. And of course, we Ms. Gwen who greets us each time we're there and helps to set up our table.
