Martin's Capitol Café - Roswell

Met with a friend for breakfast, what we often do. I like to go to Martins, as the food is always good and the service is friendly. I have a quick scrambled egg this morning with sausage and so and her salsa. Fast, friendly service. I like places like these.

This restaurant was amazing!!! The food portions are large, listen to your waitress. We didn't hear and wasted food while we came through and couldn't take the rest. Everything is too expensive if I'm honest, it was too expensive. My husband and I ordered both breakfast Burritos with green chili sauce these were amazing, the kids got pancakes and French toast. This is definitely a place to stop while in Roswell!

An old school local joint that is filled with the local crowd, not the folks looking for aliens in Roswell. Just off Main Street downtown in a great location and a menu of lots of local dishes and while I didn't ask I'm sure their tortillas are fresh and I think the chips they serve as free appetizers are made from them. Don't miss the New Mexico favorite of flat green chile enchiladas with an egg on top.

Very delicious food!! Steak mexican its very good plate. And the red enchiladas plate too.
