Bidrage med feedbackI've been to this hotel twice for business. My impression is divided into two. The location of the equipment is really very good, but many small details gloomy the picture. First the positive. The hotel is really well equipped. Both the rooms and the SPA area leave almost no wish open and would have earned 5 stars. What is not so good: food. Claim and reality do not fit together. The taste of the dishes is rather very moderate. The service usually leaves much to be desired, depending on who you are served. The breakfast coffee is a treat. With such a stick, you can't score any more today. It's a pity, because with a little more in the kitchen and service, that would be a 5 star candy.
General We stayed there at 2:00 in the afternoon to eat coffee and cakes. Service Despite reservations, we were not allowed to have a table and were not pre-loaded on us. No table was prepared either. On the tables or chairs were the fabric napkins of the previous guests. These were also partially cleared away when indicated to the operation. On request, whether you could get a napkin, the boss answered with a loudly strong rage outbreak. What one imagines is the first time guest.... That's the last time we're a guest. I have never experienced such a derailment. in a 4 star house you should be more trained with guests and recites. The food There were 3 cakes offered. The one offered by the serving as cheese tassel was not. The ambience The house and the rooms are modern and beautifully furnished. Cleanliness napkins from previous guests were still on the teas and chairs.
Details at the Michelin Guide as a Bib Gourmand selection, Kaufmann Hotel and Restaurant offers pleasant returns of regional German cuisine only 15 minutes from the city of Füssen and less than half an hour Schloss Neuschwanstein. Located on several hectares of green in Rosshaupten, the family hotel, which was renovated in 2011, it is from the parking lot along a gravel path that guests with restaurant to the right reach a large foyer, a bar and buffet of Salads noticed the route and service pleasantly despite speaking limited English. Served part in wood chipping, a new section brighter with tables along windows that look outside, it is from a menu of Swabian specialties plus some Mediterranean dishes that guests are invited to choose, a wine list concentrated on Riesling awaits and prices lower than those seen in larger cities. Popular especially of well-dressed guests and families, many probable regular as by their interactions with staff, followed their lead that the decision was made to begin with a trip to the Salad Station at a cost of only 6€, the caprese delicious, though inauthentic as the mixture of Bulgur Wheat and Turkish Spices. Even slicing several loaves of homemade bread, spreads including one with herbs and another somewhat akin to Pork Rillettes both tasty, it wasn't long before Entrees and sides arrived, the pan-fried Beef recommended by Bibendum tender and able to stand up to onions, while the accompanying Spätzle was a bit too cheesy and better naked with Cream Sauce on the menu. Not particularly inspired as reference to dessert, not to find a sign of stray or seasonal producer, it was instead in Allgau Veal Schnitzel that additional appetite was invested, the astringent cranberry competitor put aside in favor of crispy potato pancakes that are liberal in plucked Apple Puree.
What a beautiful place in the most beautiful surroundings. The views are spectacular with views of the Alps. The rooms are very clean. Wifi works great. The preparation is fantastic and the service is perfect. We'll be back next year.
We were for the romantic marathon arts in this hotel, which was also a sponsor of the event. The location is located in a small village just before the feet, quite cumbersome to reach as the whole place must be crossed during the ride, otherwise idyllic on a hill with a beautiful view. The exterior is modern, wood-shifted, as well as the lobby the rooms then rather alpine style. I don't like it, I guess others do it, so... yeah, okay. For the rather large room our bathroom was very small, bathtub with shower curtain also that other hotels can better; two, you couldn't have been in the bathroom. Otherwise everything worked and was also top clean. We would have liked to use the wellness area, but it was not possible in time so that no evaluation was possible. The restaurant was well maintained and well visited, the service staff very friendly and the selection of dishes neat; on request you could also find out where it was. Allergic advice on the map would of course be more pleasant... we could also observe the discussion of a vegan with her family on the neighboring table. Nevertheless, I have something vegan. Grade, because the hotel was a sponsor, I would have expected you to go more to the (so far down) sportsmen. This means that sensible dinner in an inappropriate part (the bite of vegetables and rice, what I could, was delicious and beautiful, but it would have gone two portions of noodles), early breakfast (if the marathon starts at 7:30h, you could have a few mammals and bananas around 6 times), possibly shuttle bus, at least a good sign in the lobby. I'm sorry, even the Motel One (e.g. in Berlin or Vienna to the marathon) as it should be possible for such an expensive hotel. And if you don't do it, you could have done something at the price (only a breakfast possible instead of two paid). In addition to the price of € 160, the whole is already the impression of hospitality, i.e. 3 out of 4 stars.
