Mim's - ROSLYN HEIGHTS

The food last night was great. The Monday special was quite a good value. The salmon and Brussels sprouts were really delicious! Our server (begins with an A) was the best we have ever experienced! All in all an outstanding evening with friends!

Mim's was recommended to us by a friend years ago. We finally were able to get there and Mim's lived up to the recommendation. Dining on a Thursday night, we choose the Steak special. It was delicious ! We'll be back.

Our waiter Debbie may have been the best I have ever had. The food was delicious. We happened to be dining out early in the week and the restaurant had a prix fixe menu on Mondays and Tuesdays that was a good value.

This is the first time in many years that I was unsatisfied with dinner. My friend had a special Lamb Shank and she said it was delicious. I had a cheese burger. I probably should have sent it back, but I hate to make a fuss. I actually had to cut it with a knife. Certainly not juicy and fries were hardly cooked. I have had burgers before. I have had fries before. This time was such a disappointment. But then again, my friends Lamb Shank was delicious.

Mim's never disappoints! Food is varied, and all we have tried is delicious. Jimmy, the host, was very attentive and took great care of us. We were celebrating, and he helped to make our time very special. Thank you!
