Pizza Inn - Rosharon

I've been thinking here for the first time that I would try another pizza place. It said it was a 45 minutes waiting and we? We're going half an hour and I still haven't got my pizza. When I called, they told me that a driver was on the road and fired me as they did? I called for a second time after 2 hours that I didn't get my pizza and asked a manager. The man who answered said his managers weren't there. I asked for a refund because at this point it was 2 hours and they refused. The pizza was burned. I never ordered again.

This was really good! Enjoyed their chocolate chip dessert pizza, was unique and delicious. Pizza was delicious as well, dough tasted fresh.

Over-priced and under cooked. Yesterday I paid just over $68 for one med pizza, one large pizza, 10 wings, and mozzarella sticks. The wings were completely undercooked and I was told the med pizza was overcooked. (Large pizza was just fine. Anyway, we called the restaurant about this and was told there was no manager on site to issue a partial refund and only a manager could. Well I did call back today because the 10 wings were $17 and no one could eat any. There was still blood at the bone! Manager told me it's company policy that they don't do refunds and could only offer me a credit. He said it's posted in the restaurant that they don't do refunds even though I ORDERED DELIVERY and it sure isn't posted online. I sure hope that $68 goes far because they'll never get another cent out of me nor the two other women that experienced this order with me. Also, even the edible food was not good enough to match the price. Thumbs down.

This is a great neighborhood Pizza and Wings place. Came in here because it's on my way home and I've read good reviews about the place. Got to meet the owner (Benny) today. Employees are friendly. They seem to be busy so that's a good sign... means a lot of people like their stuff. I got the wings are they're great!

Upon entering, there was a minor mix-up with the door pocket. However, the owner promptly addressed the issue, and the team left a thoughtful note on the pizza box. This gesture was greatly appreciated, and the pizza, as always, was excellent!
