Mcdonald's - Roseville

They regularly do not include the straws or nugget sauces I order. It's very disappointing. However, the kitchen always gets my orders correct.

It's been better lately but, getting my order correct and or doing it without shooting major attitude is spotty, at best.. the citrus heights one on sunrise is always much more pleasant to go to.

It may seem weird to review a McDonalds but I've been here twice around 10 am in the drive through and their customer service in taking an order, and speediness with having the food/drink ready both times, with the food and coffee hot and made perfectly, made such an impression on me that I felt compelled and inspired to give them an awesome review. It really inspired me that there is pride in their work and that they care to go the extra mile. Great job Cirby location McDonalds!!!!
