Fats Asia Bistro, Roseville

The food was amazing! Definitely full of flavor every dish is seasoned to perfection and genuinely can taste every note, the staff was very friendly for arriving the last 30 minutes before closing. It was great service, but with that being said they could spend more time cleaning and being more detailed, I had dust on my lamp at eye level which could be easily noticed especially while sitting at the booth, for being a upscale restaurant or any type establishment, I think this could be easily avoided, especially when it’s at eye level!! Still worth giving this place a shot. It’s got phenomenal food.

My family and I have dined at Fats several times and we always have a wonderful experience! The service is consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food is flavorful and satisfying, with a great variety to choose from. We also appreciate the cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which adds to the overall enjoyment of our meals. Fats is one of our favorite spots for a family meal, and we look forward to coming back!

Super amazing food, I have to say the service was great with all 18 of us. So that being said they did there job diligently and they paid attention to every detail of our request. Didn't skip a beat. It was alot of fun. I will definitely come back here on a date. Or just a small get together. Thanks cooks waitress service was perfect!

The food, service, and attitudes of the staff are not worth what it costs to eat here. Rude, dismissive and angry are what we were greeted with and treated to throughout the entire meal causing us to end the experience early, pay the bill, and get out. There are so many better choices in the area that should be considered before spending money here. This restaurant does not represent the Frank Fat's brand and quality at all. For that, make the drive to the downtown location because you wont find it in Roseville. Truly, you will have a better, more flavorful, happier meal at Panda Express, not to mention quicker and far less expensive.

As a repeat customer I can honestly say that Fats consistently impresses with excellent food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and make an effort to ensure a great dining experience, although the younger waitstaff sometimes appear less enthusiastic, a trend noted in the wider service industry. Despite this minor issue, the overall service is commendable, meriting a 4 out of 5 rating. Both the food quality and the ambiance are standout features, with dine in meals particularly outshining takeout options. Portions are generous, and the preparation is consistently top notch. For newcomers, the Dim Sum Basket a delightful mix of pork, chicken, shrimp, and flavorful sauces is a must try. Overall, I encourage you to try Fats for its consistent quality and enjoyable dining experience.
