The food and portions are great. The owners are always so friendly and happy to see you. I definitely recommend it. Two of my favorites are spaghetti and meatballs and the pastrami sandwich. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I visited Joe 's establishment back when it was named Papa Joe 's at Ave. H. Imagine my disappointment when it closed down in November 2021, all because the Lockdowns had placed a strain on the small business that was about to lift off. Then, I had accidentally discovered that Papa Joe had reopened his establishment in Downtown Rosenberg, which is an ideal location for any hole-in-the-wall Restaurant, other than Downtown Richmond. Jumping at the opportunity, for the 1st time in 2 years, I had visited the renamed Joey 's New York Subs . I welcomed them back to our town I ordered Joe 's Special Reuben Sandwich; I had no regrets whatsoever! Papa Joe is a talented cook when it comes to Street Food I vowed to give his establishment more business in the future, especially during my Lunch breaks!
