Little Caesars Pizza - Rosemount

I'm worried about the attachments of their delivery driver. I wait for my pizza and decided to check my front step and there they were. Your driver must have 10 badly injured fingers to not be able to press the door bell that notify the pizza. Hopefully at least one finger is healed for the next delivery.

Ordering two pizzas for delivery, got them in the box so ruined pizzas. They called the store to fix it, and they sent me to three different people in the store, then manager who told me to call 800 number where I sat forever when they only repaired pizza and we had to pick up new pizza. He waited for 20 minutes to ask my name and number, then in the handle to get the given refund. Gues no pizza tonight for us

The online app didn't work, so I called my order. The person who answered that he couldn't hear me so that I repeated what I wanted, then he went the phone to someone else. I ordered half sausage half cheese and she said pepperoni and I said no half sausage half cheese. Two orders of crazy bread and sauce and an order of bbq wings. Well, she never repeated the order or gives me a price or time to pick up. When my daughter picked her up and came home, we had half-wurst and half-parfoni, a crazy bread and buffalo wings. Not cool

I called to see if I could place and order the phone and pick it up instead of ordering on the line. (Saturday, June 25) Haley answered and said she would be pleased to take my order over the phone. She was so pleasant and cheerful! I wanted to pick up my pizza, Haley pulled out of the corner and said she was out with my pizza. She was, and with a big smile on her face! Pizza was nice and hot and delicious!! That's exactly what I ordered. I just want to scream for Haley!!! We need more people out there like them!!! Happy, pleasant, happy, helpful and so beautiful!!! Thanks Little Caesar's and thanks Haley!!!!

Ordered 1 cheese pizza, 2 crazy bread 1 stuffed crazy bread. The crazy breads were made fresh, however they had a cheese ready so we took that. We opened the box to start eating and the pizza was lukewarm at best. Crust was tough the cheese tasted bland and cool. It honestly looks like it sat out for a couple hours and went back into the warmer. Very disappointed to say the least! The ONLY reason it's 2/5 is because the young man who helped us (wish I remembered the name) was wonderful! Very nice professional! EDIT: It's been a little over a week and zero response from their corporate customer service. Also haven't heard or seen a response to this review. 1/5.
