Liberty Tavern - Rosemont

I sat at the fireplace and comforted the whole lunch. I ordered an old fashion and was asked a number of questions like Bourbon, whiskey, etc., which I didn't really want to be interested just the drink. It was the third best old fashion I had. I ordered tomatoes Bisque soup and the Liberty Tavern Burger made on a medium. I was very happy with the soup and it even came with oyster crackers and parmesan cheese (not fresh but small packages). The burger came with smoked gouda, bacon jam, salad, tomatoes, red onions, pickle and OMG thin and tasty frits. The staff of the hostess until Luis my waiter were friendly and attentive to their customers. While it seems to be a small restaurant, it was atmosphere relaxing and welcoming. This is a restaurant that I would visit again. The burger was delicious and damp.

Our number of people changed last minute to 7 people and they handled it no problem. Great service, very smooth, great meal.

The food was okay, not a lot of flavor. The service was top notch, excellent friendly service.
