I ordered coffee and tea. The tea was like tea is supposed to taste. I am not a coffee expert so I can not comment on the coffee. I did not order food or desert or ice scream or gelato.

THIS IS THE 5TH TIME THEY GIVE ME A VERY BAD LATTE. THEY DIDN'T COMPENSATE ME WITH ANOTHER DRINK OR SOMETHING ELSE. SOMETIMES THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT COFFEE, BUT IT'S LIKE A CASINO: A PIECE OF LUCK.

They make really good hot chocolate. People are often studying there, it's a nice atmosphere.

Lately, it’s a mess, I am always being asked to repeat my order, all of it, not just confirming what I ordered, I have to basically reorder at the window. Also the parking is a disaster. I’ve always supported them but I’ll find another place now which is sad because the food is good but the delays and the lack of attention paid to what the customer said is too much
