Taco Bell - Roselle

My order was on point ordered and pick up drive thru, (morning shift) the customer service is amazing.

Very clean, good food. The service could be friendlier. Employees don't look happy.

My husband ordered a nacho bell grande last night. There was a lot of joking and playing around and the order was not correct. Not realizing it until we hot home he went back. He paid for extra meat cheese and sour cream. It looked like a normal portion that you would receive on a regular day. When he asked where is the extra he paid for they said that was extra. If I could post a picture I would. I disagree and was disappointed with the attitudes in that place.

This evening I went to taco Bell in Roselle. My order was rushed I ordered a box of Dorito tacos. I told her light sour cream. They overfilled the tacos with mostly sour cream. But the worst part is they did not at all put any sauces in the box. I ordered all those tacos common sense to put the sauces in the box. At other locations they always ask which ones do I want, this time they did not ask at all. I assume that they automatically just put random sauces in the bag and they didn’t. So now we’re eating sour cream tacos right now. This is the worst location of Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to and I would never be back to Roselle
