Steak 'n Shake - Roseland

Great food. Hospitality shows that I have a service animal. Fast service. Friendly staff. Clean toilets. Kids menu n puzzles for them to do at the table.

Check your to go order prior to leaving. The lid on the coleslaw was loose and container was upside down. Upon arrival at home, when bag was lifted from the passenger seat, the bottom fell out of the bag. The coleslaw had saturated the french fries, burger and my passenger seat. Rendering all cold and inedible.

I ordered from Grubhub 3/9/22. Got a cheese burger, fry’s, and a shake. This part isn’t the stores fault but I didn’t receive my shake and was told the driver dropped my shake. So I was like whatever no big deal I’ll just get a refund on the shake. Well I go to open the bag to eat the food I did receive. And the bag is so soggy the food almost fell through it. The food was cold and smelt like it was old. I ended up getting a refund on the full order because it was unsafe to eat. Now mind you this driver was on time so it’s definitely not his fault.

Dirtiest place you will ever go to. The chili bowls aren’t cleaned properly and corroded with food from over the usages. The staff is absolutely unprofessional and the tables are always dirty. Not to mention they couldn’t get our orders right if we paid them 15$ an hour. What a disappointment

I ordered and paid for four doubles and only got four singles steakburgers I didn't notice it until I got home and did not feel like going back to have them correct the order
