Bidrage med feedbackNEVER AGAIN! We ordered 3 rolls which were sub par, one had something odd and brown colored, so we threw it away. We requested extra soy sauce with our order. We received 2 tiny plastic packets. The wasabi tasted like grass. The “salad” was big chunks of ice berg lettuce that was not fresh. The coconut shrimp was coated in a mayo/powdered sugar glaze tasting ****. The hot and sour soup was okay but needed soy added. 40 bucks down the drain.
Do not believe their pictures on their website!!! We waited until they were supposed to switch over to the dinner menu.... Uhhh right. The food they had out had been sitting there for HOURS!! Yes, you could tell. I should have insisted that we walk out. This is one of the few times I have left a restaurant furious. My entire party is pissed off. The VERY little I did eat, let me tell you. My stomach is not happy and I can't get home fast enough to make sure I have toilet close. I'm not kidding. PASS THIS PLACE UP!!! The staff is RUDE AF. This place is dirty, run down and the food is awful. I have to give a star. They don't even deserve a half star. Good grief. I hate giving reviews like this, but honestly this is one of the absolute worst places I've been. And. To top it off, almost $70 for three people. What a waste of money.
If I could give a negitive review I would. 45.00 for two people. The hot food was barely hot and the sushi was not kept cold, when questioned about it the young kid who had no idea and was polite, came back and told me that the rice keeps the fish cold .. last I checked rice is not a refrigerator. Raw fish can not be out and kept over 40 degrees. Still no offer of discount. Hope I don't get sick ?The sushi that was taken out looked pretty dry and warm to me I will be calling the health department. Still overpriced for the quality of food that was offered
Delicious selection of all you can eat foods. A wide variety of sushi. Cute menu on the storefront consists of cartoon shrimp and crawdads. I loved the sesame balls filled with dates and the fried banana. There are of course lots of other choices (40+ , including orange chicken, shellfish, eel, and peanut chicken. I personally found the desserts to be lacking, I really wish they would have had some sort of a pudding or brownie, but that does not detract from such a solid experience. With this many ways to customize your meals, make sure to eat up and get the most out of your money!
The staff was very friendly. We arrived about an hour before close and they made it clear that they didnt have fully stocked fresh food since they were closing soon (which is totally reasonable since it cuts on cost and is less wasteful). The staff was very amenable to cooking specific dishes on request from the buffet line that may have been low or not as fresh. I appreciate the practically and the outstanding customer service this establishment has to offer.
