Absolutely not the restaurant it used to be. I used to visit family in Roseburg, and Kowloon’s was part of every trip. The parking lot was always full and the food was always fresh and delicious. My husband and I were driving through Roseburg today, and I wanted to take him to this “great” restaurant. (It’s been about ten years since I was here last. What a disappointment! The food was simply terrible. Claggy sauce, giant chunks of green pepper and onions, English peas in place of the snow peas listed on the menu. A waste of time and money.
Had a two person family dinner with pork chow mein, pork fried rice, deep fried shrimp and sweet and sour pork. The food quantity was adequate and not terrible--just needed more flavor in the chow mein and pork fried rice. We can get a comparable meal at another restaurant and get soup and crab rangoon to go with.
Great food.staff is excellent. Very good eye contact fast friendly. Great return to see how your doing if you need anything.large portions.
This was bya FAR the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. First of all, what kind of fortune cookie has NO FORTUNE!? Second off, that orange chicken tasted like rotten diarrhea mixed with escargot. How do you manage to f this up SO badly?
