The whiteshirt manager was so courteous and even had the ice cream machine available in the evening. The employee's here should all get raises.

Worst place I have bin in years. How you order large meal and get medium drink and after asking about it staff said there’s nothing they can do about it.

This has to be the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. The quality of the food is terrible. It's like they just slap it together. No pride in their product whatsoever. Plus the order is ALWAYS cold, cheese is not melted and there are things always missing from the order. Don't try to call and talk to Daniel the manager, he will just hang up on you. No customer service skills at all. I think he needs to go back to McD University in Des Plaines IL for more training, because he definitely did not graduate with honors. If I could give a rating of zero stars or possibly a -1 or -2, I definitely would. Stay away from this McDs. There's one that is 100% better a couple of miles north on Rockton Rd. Plus, they treat their customers with respect.
