We were in Veneto for the weekend we usually do aperitif in the center of Bassano del Grappa, but given the rainy evening, we noticed along the state this place with the external dehor covered and with a lot of people, so we decide to stop. We ordered 4 Americans, without infamy and without praise, at the time of the account we pay them 20€, now I do not know if we are encapsulated in a trap for tourists, or if it is the practice, but I found the whole expensive considered what offered, certainly for a really good aperitif in this part of Veneto next time also with the rain we will go to the Room in Bassano del Grappa, with 3€ they make an American really qualitatively top.
I'm praying that the civic likes me as a local, but I don't find it right to screw people. We order three glasses of classic prosecco from 3€, ik waiter tells us that with the prosecco is also offered fry. Great I say ok, I go to pay and the account went up to 18€ because instead they brought us some prosecco Bio winery.
Shame! I ask for a fruit juice or something to drink of non-alcoholic... I get a fruit intruder on a glass of maybe 150 ml..sorprise in cash... cost 5 euro! Shame on you. Maybe someone else needs to spend the hard earned money with work this way. Not to us. We'll never set foot again! We weren't even in the center of Milan or at least the center of Bassano... which sucks!
I often stop for breakfast in this place, easily accessible because it overlooks the state and has a large parking lot. It is possible to sit inside or in the outdoor veranda, although I still prefer the tables inside because the room is air-conditioned). I particularly recommend brioches: order a blank and make it stuff! I think those with jam served so they are spatial! Also I tried both of their brunch proposals €10 each) and I must say that they are both very good. I initially feared they were too abundant, but then my fiancé and I ordered one by head, sharing the food with a colleague, met in the club). The foods present in the two brunch proposals are gone by heart: french toast, pancakes with maple syrup, bread and jam Rigoni small glass jar), yogurt with fruit, eggs and bacon, juice, coffee, cappuccino... But the staff is very friendly and allows variations. A place where you must stop!
