Pleasant welcome, very nice and local setting, cool inside thanks to the somewhat cellar side, really quality dishes and it was honestly a delight! The quantities are perfect, we leave satisfied but without feeling too heavy. the staff is really nice and pleasant, we had a great time If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have done so! Pleasant setting, we were in the back room, an old cellar, hence the name I think. The dishes are good, the staff friendly. Small downside, the wait between dishes. The price is right. We stopped in this village, the capital of Roquefort, which we found strangely bleak and devoid of activity. The flower shops were open and we were almost turned away when we arrived at 1:30 p.m. The meal was hearty and relatively tasty, the sheep's ribs were good and some of the preparations were original.
