In a certified guide for people with celiac disease they recommended this restaurant so we decided to go. Once there, I asked the waiter and ordered oxtail since the menu said it was gluten-free. However, after serving me the plate and starting to eat, the waiters told me that they could not eat the potatoes since they were contaminated, they took my plate away and gave me a new one with some potatoes suitable for me, but I had already tried it. before and had contaminated me. It is quite important not to make these types of mistakes with people with celiac disease since it is not about any type of intolerance, if not an autoimmune disease.
