As they scattered the chips on the back, we asked if we could wait for a fresh batch. waited minutes for the fresh, but when we came home, instead of the usual piping hot chips, they were luke-warm and dry. they obviously gave us the chips they originally wanted to give us. what is good, they obviously think that people can't say the difference and the owner has actually called me a lousy! brilliant customer service and obviously won't go back there again, we were weekly regulars before without complaining at all.

My favorite chippie in romford and I find it clean and all the fish cooked to order. avoid these terrible plastic lined boxes and only in paper delicious and crisp.

Ordered chicken doner, they gave lamb doner went back to change it and the lady there said i ordered lamb doner, because they had no chicken doner anyway. She was very rude, no money and no food back as i left it there because I hate lamb. Scumbgs!!
