Toto - Rome

I was going to rate this one higher until the end of our dinner. The food is good. The dining room is more spacious than many here which felt good after being in throngs of people. The waiter, Arturo is good up til the end where we asked us to add a tip to the bill and wouldn’t confirm that service was included. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of us as Americans. Of course service was included so why tip twice. Felt sleezeball and I don’t like that he treated us like tourists which of course we are but in Rome it feels like everyone is trying to take advantage of visitors and I simply don’t like that at all. So, yes, this is a nice restaurant but they are predatory like all the other spots, it gets old in Italy.

Great place! Next to Piazza di Spagna!. Tastefull pasta ragout and tagliata! Good prices. Value for money!

Decided to stop in and grab lunch … delicious food and excellent service. Great place to stop just beyond all the craziness of the tourist areas surrounding the Spanish Steps. Recommended.
