The selection was wide and interesting with a lot of different opinions. We chose the traditional Italian dinner with a mix of cheese and meat for starters. Pizza and pasta for the main dish and ended with a selection of different desserts. All the dishes were delicious and even our teenager was unable to finish the meal without leaving a bit on the plate.
Food was ok, I had the wild boar which was nice and my wife’s ragu was in a lovely sauce, Disappointed with dessert Overall have had better in our stay for less money. What made it bad/worse was the service, staff member seemed grumpy and even had an argument with his colleague. Felt unwelcome to be honest and would not go back.

For my personal choice, in order to give a more complete and correct evaluation, the restaurants are evaluated as a whole: kitchen, service, location/furnishment and price. In the evaluation all voices have a specific weight this could sometimes result in the review out of the choir compared to those who value restaurants, for example, only for food. I decided to go back to this restaurant after so many years because I love good meat. The location is the normal street restaurant within a city, but the spaces are spacious and well organized; some outdoor table; I recommend the reservation and mark that finding parking is challenging as the name says and knowing the Tuscan tradition, the place is marked by a rustic style and the furnishings make breathing Tuscan air. The put en place is a mix of cloth napkin and American tablecloth: in a particular period like this, the choice of a reusable tablecloth does not convey sense of hygiene.... The menu is varied and ranges from meat (the core of the restaurant) to pizza.Lato meat is appreciable the choice to propose many dishes prepared in the sense that the butcher's restaurant has not been set with many grilled tagals and few cooked and seasoned dishes are aware that the butcher's style is now very fashionable and attracts the real carnivores with simple dishes and meat of the highest level, but the choice of the bowlers to allow to a widest restaurant. The staff is certainly courteous and polite, but the service is unconscious and chaotic: the dishes are always served with a correct and warm timing, but there is too little dialogue and feedback with the customer. The type of restaurant does not provide a cure in the scaffolding and therefore nothing quaestio on the choices made. I have not noticed great differences, according to my memories, regarding the quality of meat: the dishes are made with a quality product, correctly cooked, served warm and often accompanied already by a contour. Meat lovers, going to this place, make a good choice: the wide menu and the presence of the pizzeria also allow to organize tables of people with different chapters of final account. For fairness I must tell you in advance that I have benefited from the 20% discount of the fork applied to all the menu, drinks included: my price rating, however, will be on the real account without considering the discount. We are not! Without discussing the good quality of the products, the service, the rustic setting of the premises and the portions do not justify the account, which is at the end too high. Lamb, salami cutter and grilled beat a too high price for the type of dish and quantity. The list of sweets is very homemade and the prices could be slightly lower. As a local located in the area of the Margherita Queen Avenue and with a good quality meat, I feel in any case to recommend it: with the discount of the fork, the price is ok.Resto available for any questions.
