Starbucks - Rome

Ok, I'm a diehard Coffee fan. Cafe Latte, Cafe Machiatto, Cafe Mocha, plain coffee, etc. However, if you have not tried their Strawberry Frappucino, then you haven't truly lived. Yes, I know their drinks are pricey, but who can argue with some good old fashioned, all American self-indulgence once in a while? It's like the best tasting virgin strawberry frozen drink, topped with a generous blot of whipped cream. Pure heaven. Thank you Starbucks!! A

Hi everyone the Starbucks in Kroger’s is the best now that they have the young lady that works there name Maria. Excellent customer service and is very respectful. And does a great job I highly recommend everyone ask for (MARIA) when shopping there. And also I Suggest that the manager there gives her a full time Position. Btw I don’t have or had a problem with anyone else. But they don’t make anything right lol well I’ll end this by saying Maria is the backbone of Starbucks. And I give y’all two thumbs up

I personally prefer coming here over any location. Krystal and Tamala are the sweetest most professional baristas out there. They always greet people with a smile and make the best coffee around. Its always very clean when I'm there. I can never wait to go there to get a great start to my day!

Pros: Item Selection Wonderful! Prompt Service Yes, indeed! Cleanliness Oh, yeah! Friendliness of Staff Wonderful! Would you Recommend Definitely! Cons: On a senior citizen limited income, prices are a little steep so I only enjoy my favorite coffee about once a month.

Jonathon could tell I was having a bad day and asked if I was ok. He was super nice and thoughtful. Great customer service!
