Bidrage med feedbackGood food...Large portions. Enough for next day. Staff does not speak much English, but we figured a way to communicate and had a pleasant evening.
I found this place off the beaten track looking for a restaurant where Italian people eat, not only tourists. This is a family business with owner Ugo greets you and sits you with a big smile on his face. I went there for lunch (pranzo), and basically I paid 10 Euros that covered the pizza I chose (you can choose either pizza or pasta and they have a big selection of them) PLUS an 'as much as you want ' starters buffet. I was almost full before my pizza arrived! Tap water is obviously for free and other drinks are also quite cheap. The place is full of locals which gives me the hint I always look for. I went to Rome to run the marathon of the city and if I 'm lucky to run it next year I will definitely go back again to this place.
If you wanna eat a tipical italian lunch or dinner you can only chose this restaurant! It is situated near an aqueduct of the ancient Rome still with his ancient rocks. Dishes are perfect at all, big portion and good pasta and pizza. I prefer carbonara and pizza boscaiola, I hope you could visit it and eat there. It is also near to metro A of Rome. You have to go to Arco di Travertino (near termini) and once there take the bus 409 when you see the aqueduct you are arrived and you can eat its delicious dishes!
I repeat classic Roman trattoria, now gone. Classical dishes, pizza and excellent supplied. Prices in standard. The place is always full and these are the reasons. Staff very helpful, kind and polite. Nothing is missing for a good evening
I was yesterday. Price and quality 5 stars. Courtesy and customer care.
