I always love to come back from babette extremely elegant location in the heart of the historic center corner with via margutta; there is an embarrassing silence that prepares to listen to the commensali; excellent cuisine in its various dishes with top quality ingredients! back tomorrow x lunch

Our hotel (Babuino 181 which is fantastic) recommended Babette and tried to make a reservation for us (a party of 6). Unfortunately, it was fully booked for our preferred time, 8:00, though they could do 7:15. We said no because it was too early. Later in the day, because it was only round the corner, we popped in to see if there was any hope. OMG! The lady in charge completely reconfigured the seating plan for the evening to accommodate us. And was it worth it! Fantastic food, amazing service, and a unique ambience. Everything about Babette is class. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant for a special evening.
