Spectacular pizza very goose at a great price. recommended recommended

Fast service, good fries and also pizza. I like the Roman, here is more like a Neapolitan, with the high edges, but got a part was good. I took a spring with Parmesan and Pecorino cream, zucchini mozzarella and speck.

They had advised us this place to give news on Saturday night and not to eat the usual pizza ... well accepted advice! after a long wait given the numerous request for bookings, we immediately forgot about this imperfection, but unfortunately it is Saturday evening, with the appetizers of frieds I would say special ....the pizzas we put in the center a giant pizza with 4 different gousissima and very light with other people who preferred the single to them to say only compliments. .. perfect sweets ...a plausion to the staff always ready to meet the needs of customers ... to be sure recommended!

We had such a great dining experience at Al Forno della Soffitta. The staff was so friendly and despite the restaurant being very busy, the service was great and the food came out quickly. We ordered a Carbonara pasta and Gnocci w/ Clams and Asparagus. The Carbonara pasta featured plenty of savory bacon, a cheesy egg sauce, and tender pasta noodles. They gave you plenty of the creamy sauce and the savory pieces of bacon were perfectly cooked... so good! The gnocci w/ clams and asparagus was also delicious. The gnocci was tender and the generous amount of clams were fresh and paired perfectly with the asparagus. I wish we had the room to order a pizza here because they looked amazing! There's so much on the menu that I would have loved to come back a few more times, but it was onto the next city.. The quality of ingredients and the way they prepare the dishes is what sets the restaurant apart from others. When I come back to Rome, I'll be sure to eat here again!

Food was phenomenal both times we came. Pizza Pugliese, calamari, grilled octopus on potato and a bottle of wine....all outstanding Pasta carbonara, grilled octopus pasta, pizza Marguerita and another bottle of wine, delicious!!!! Service was amazing, cordial and speedy without any push of sorts. Ambiance was clean, well lit, misc soft enough to carry a nice conversation!
