I appreciated the seared amberjack, the reinterpretation of sushi with buffalo mozzarella in the Mediterranean dish was excellent. My review unfortunately will not concern the food, the environment or the dining room staff, but only the terrible booking service and the treatment I was offered, as I did not have the pleasure of experiencing this restaurant (which I absolutely wanted to try as I was found very well by Krudo at Ponte Milvio); in fact, after having booked a table on The Fork as always done in the other restaurant, and thinking that the confirmation of the reservation was enough to be sure, I found myself making a 40 minute car journey to the restaurant in vain, given that as soon as I arrived in front of the venue to find everything turned off, the door closed and a note saying closed for private event . Furthermore, the absurd thing, in addition to the confirmed reservation, is that Google Maps also told me that the place was open normally. But do you want to inform us that the reservation has been canceled because of your dicks? I would have preferred that to finding out for myself only once I arrived. I would say that this treatment is enough to never see me in your place again.
