Panera Bread - Rolling Meadows

This assessment 22. May 2022 Under New Management Angie I was here before, have stopped coming, but again this will make my way to Panera Bread Cafe. I have not experienced the previous management difficulties that some have mentioned here in the past, the last reviews, but I can tell you that. With the recent management change that has taken place, this café is headed in a new direction. Angie is very friendly and seems to have her café in check The place seems to have a different mood, and the café is definitely good looking and in a large overall shape. The time of service is good, their hours are up-to-date with their Google search results, and overall I give this Café 5 of 5. Very friendly staff keep the great work Rolling Meadows Panera!

Exceptional service in this place. We fed in during a lunch break. I could say they were in the middle of a lunch break and was not worried about the wait as I understand how it is. But when we finished eating one, I suppose it was a manager who came and apologized for waiting and gave us a cookie. This is a proactive and exceptional service that should be recognized And the food was great as always.

I'm terrible with names, but I think her name was Angie. Most beautiful lady ever.. she met me with super positive energy to start my Sunday morning. I'll give her $100 if I come back because the tip has to match the service. I'm just going to this Panera location. Thank you for your service Angie(i think) !

Absolutely delicious grill cheese tomato soup. Perfect portion size. Sandwich had a perfect amount of cheese. Soup was thick and delicious. Will definitely buy again.

Katy and Angie went the extra mile to make sure a customer was satisfied with a glitch in the system. An incident happened with my account Katy came in to quickly resolve the issue and apologizing for what happened. Thank you!
