Dunkin' - Rolling Meadows

8/11/21. I get the world is short staffed but there is absolutely no reason it should take 23 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Only 4 cars ahead of me as well. Also know they were only accepting orders through their drive through. I won?t even mentionhow dirty things were. A friendly call to the health department it is. I absolutely love their sourdough breakfast sandwich—it’s the best one I've ever had!

I ordered an iced coffee and a strawberry Dunkin' refresher. Both drinks were enjoyable, but the strawberry refresher tasted like it was pre-made rather than freshly prepared; it had a more artificial fruit flavor.

I had a disappointing experience with burnt coffee and Boston cream donuts that were sour and lacking in cream. It was a busy Sunday, so I really don’t understand how they could serve something like that. They have one simple task, and they completely missed the mark. What a letdown!

The donuts here were old and stale. Additionally, one of the staff members was quite rude during my visit the other day.
