Bidrage med feedbackMy only experience with this particular Dairy Queen was subpar. They were probably understaffed. However, I still expect my food to be of decent quality. The hamburger meat tasted like it has been in the warmer for at least 25 minutes longer than it shouldhave. And my Mountain Dew was almost completely out of syrup, so it tasted worse than normal water. The fries tasted like theywere probably at least 10 minutes past the intended holding time as well. I am willing to wait 20 minutes to get fresher foodthan get expired food after being in the drive through for 10 minutes. I understand that the staff probably has to keep theirdrive through time low so the district manager doesn't get onto them, or something similar to that. However, I personally thinkit's more important to serve the intended quality food, than to keep the time down for the drive through as much as possible,without caring about food quality.
*Update* After writing this review this location has manually removed me as a delivery driver. Great service. If I wasn't technically an independent contractor via Door Dash I'd swear that would be considered retaliation. ??????? I've never actuallyeaten here, just done delivery. But I'm kind of disappointed by the management here. I found out the other day that they have areward system for anyone who does delivery through their store. Mind you, I've never had a manager tell me this, it was actuallyanother employee, shot out to him. This would?ve been great to know when I started doing Door Dash over a month ago now. Sincethen, I?ve done over 30 deliveries for the store, sometimes over 5-6 orders in single day. I guess if you do a certain number ofdelivery orders you get a free Blizzard. That's pretty generous. I got the card a few days ago and just had an opportunity toask the management, a red-headed lady, if I could get back-punched for the orders I've done. I asked if they've been doing itfor a while, which they have. They've seen me in there dozens of times, and I have every delivery recorded by Door Dash. You'dthink it would have been okay, but she said no, saying that them doing it was a favor to us in the first place. I'd agree,expect for the fact that if you're not actually telling people about your reward system, I'm assuming you don't want them to useit. Oh well, I'll start getting it now, still kind of strange that it took a month of delivering for anyone to say something.
Food was cold. smelt like old grease. ice cream was melted. and to top it off, i saw a roach on the floor. threw all the food away and left immediately. asked for a refund from the red haired manager. got denied and she had so much attitude and was veryrude. never going back.
Location is super dirty and smells like old fryers. The windows separating the kitchen and the front counter were covered with great. Staff was rude and took forever to acknowledge customers. Bathrooms were disgusting.
They got so much of our order wrong, I don 't even know where to begin. If I 'm paying $5 and get enough food for my family, sure, i won 't complain. But $45 for a meal and ice cream, that 's ridiculous. We had to go all the way back to fix our order, and themanager just replaced it. Turns out, orders on the app don 't show add/remove the same as they do in the restaurant. DQ needsto get that fixed ASAP.
