Mcdonald's - Rolesville

My sons wanted ice cream and I was pressed for time, so we came to the local McDonald’s. Of course ice cream machine was broke. Totally fine. The issue is the lady in the drive thru. She didn’t say “I’m sorry the machine is broken can we get you anything else.” Instead she just said “it’s broke.” Uh okay? Anyways I compromised and got my boys slushes. The same lady took my card without saying “thank you/have a nice day” or anything. The icing on the cake was when there was only two slushees and I ordered three. I asked for my other slushee and he asked for the receipt. After digging the receipt out of my purse he looked and left to get me another. No “I’m sorry” or anything. Both these employees were young but manners go a long way. I will no longer be stopping at this location. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Asked if someone could take order because staff standing around. No acknowledgment even like “be tight with you”. Staff member walked past and said she was in break( totally understand that), but said “ we are out of luck right now”. A little customer service is not that hard to train.

So. it should not take 10 minutes to make 1 big pommes. this mcdonald’s is very slow, lethargic and just everything to apologize. if I left the zero stars. that's not the first time that this happened. I always try to give them a chance, but it starts to get on my nerves. they have to set up their game.

The ice machine worked (final) and we ordered sundaes. we have them and they were pathetic! they were not even at the top of the cup and we were told that we had to pay more for them to make it right! they were also rude to us. not very satisfied with our experience! if I could not give stars, I would do that!? not bad!
