Blue Ribbon Bbq Diner - Roland

We normally eat take-out from Blue Ribbon. The food is always well packaged and there's plenty of it. We especially like the pulled pork and the slaw. The various sauces are nicely flavorful. The prices are a bit high, but for the quantity of food it's ok. The only problem we really have is that the food is *so* salty. We both notice that we have to drink much more than normal after eating their BBQ. We'd probably eat there more frequently if it was less salty.

Very clean and the food and pies are out of this world!!!! They have Karaoke every Saturday night from 6-9. Come on out and sing or just listen and get to know some great people and join the fun!!!

Alright everyone, I tried blue ember smokehouse last week and it sucked. I'll be honest and was expensive and with being new to the area I had to try blue ribbon. So today I had it delivered to me in fort smith at work and let me tell you what! This is absolutely freaking amazing! I got the brisket sandwich and bbq beans and slaw and I'm freaking blown away! It's delicious! I'm like in heaven right now! I had to slap myself cause I thought I was dreaming! I HIGHLY recommend you eat here! I think I will be ordering daily when I work! That's how good it is and the prices are perfect! I love blue ribbon bbq

It was okay. It really wasn't too smoky. The brisket was a little dry and they were out of Pulled Pork. Their links were very good as were their ribs. The ribs were very tender and very good flavor. The deal breaker for me was was the frozen french fries... i hate that. Especially at a BBQ place )It was a small fun place. They had Karaoke on Sat. evening and it looked like everyone was there to have fun .The portions are rather large and Hometown friendly....
