I've been a client since the opening of 'Aéroville', so it's been over five years now. I've seen the level of factory crash since. At first it was really top, constant price, hot service and customer consideration, with burgers of qualities. But now it's a catastrophe. To start prices have increased a lot, but the service, before today's visit, we had eaten on site, 15 minutes waiting in the queue and almost 30 minutes waiting for the order! 45 minutes to get used to a burger... Not to mention the kitchen that was not respected in the passage. And today I spend the afternoon in haste so (16h), we are two in the queue, one of your colleagues takes a command and two others do nothing special (cleaning and storing the work plan). After 5/10 minutes of waiting, I ask if it is possible to take the order knowing that we only wanted two cookies, and that the English-speaking person in front of us had difficulty understanding (which is understandable of course). And now we're being answered. We just left. So frankly, it's very bad, it's really not the first time your staff is absolutely not hot and lack of consideration for customers, in precipitation we wait for a monstrous time, and when there's no one too. Too bad, I was a loyal client who had eaten at home for more than five years, and it's over. In summary: expensive, very long service life and more customer consideration.

To start a bad surprise: the card changed! No more bagels, burgers and hot dogs. By the way, prices have more than doubled... However, service completely ineffective: one Saturday noon, one person to take orders and a very long wait after also, while there were few people, we waited 20 minutes to take the order and again 20 minutes to be served. The burger at 15 euros (without fries or drinks, otherwise it's even more expensive), it hurts! The bread is not bad, but disembossed and extremely fat. And everything is served with onions, unworthy. I deeply regret these changes. I'm not going back.
