Gusanos Pizzeria - Rogers

We have ordered herbivore pizza large size and it was not good at all . It’s a waste of money ..Cheese, onion , tomotoes all are not baked properly . Cheese used is not of good quality .Staff is also not that active .Not go again . Highly disappointed

Although I don't think the pizza is of the highest quality as the cheese is often chewy, the establishment as a whole is an enjoyable place to bring friends to.

My husband and I have been here 3 times in the matter of a month hoping the service would've gotten better and it has not. The food is always amazing but service is horrible. To the point we've waited 25mins for drinks to be refilled and that was us refilling them ourselves. We've been here currently for 1hr 45mins we've had one slice of pizza cause we could not have anyone refill our drinks. There servers standing around in the back of the restaurant talking and playing with their hair. Beyond upset with our experience!We will not be coming back!And do I not recommend anyone to eat here.

Gusano’s is one of our favorites and we come here often. Tonight we were seated promptly but waited quite awhile for our drink orders to be taken. When our waitress came around, we realized that she was also tending bar while three other employees sat in a booth and played on their phones. Katrina was our waitress and she was prompt and thorough, she was hustling the whole time we were in there. Empty tables sat dirty and new arrivals waited to be seated while the other employees sat in their booth and played on their phones. Excellent job Katrina! The other employees not so much.

Place did us a solid and got us a private room last minute. The private room is great with the soda machine already there for refills.
