Bidrage med feedbackIf you like butterburgers, or custard, you can find this place a exceptional place. Good size dine in seating. I usually online order and just pick it up. Not a member yet,so I don 't get the window service(but you can) points add up yo! Tiny fries get cold quick, but I still like them. Reminds me of grabbing big league chew, but now it 's fries. I feel like many people like the feeling of stuffing their face this way!? I like the grilled chicken sandwich, also why I pre-order. Check them out, ENJOY!!Kid-friendliness: It is very easy to herd younglings in this environment.Parking: Strip mall has at least 40 spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Designed curbs by parking is sloped properly for meeting the sidewalk. Door fits a wheelchair and bathrooms are accessible.

Me and my husband decided to try Freddy’s for the first time ever and went through the drive thru. We were planning on ordering 2 combos, an extra sandwich, and an extra side of cheese curds. I typed the order out on my phone using the exact names and sizes from their own menu, so my husband wouldn’t miss anything.We gave the order at the window twice. When the young woman repeated the order back for the third time my husband told her it was correct, but I knew it still wasn’t right.We get to the window and ask the young lady working to repeat back the order, and as I suspected, it was still messed up. So we go over the order 2 more times, and she’s still confused and not getting it right.The young lady said she was going to get her manager. We go over the order with the manager twice and she also cannot figure it out. My husband and I just looked at each other confused because we did not understand where the confusion was coming from, and why it was so hard to place an order for 2 combos, an extra sandwich, and an extra side of cheese curds. It’s not like we were asking for substitutions or a special off menu item or something. This is 2 meals with sides and drinks, a sandwich, and a side. After the manager started to repeat the order back incorrectly a third time, we just drove away.I think it’s safe to say if it takes 7+ times to try and place an order at an establishment, the rest of the experience is going to be a disaster.Looking at the reviews from the past couple of days it seems like frustrating experiences haven’t been out of the norm. I will not return to this particular Freddy’s location, but I do look forward to trying Freddy’s at another location with (hopefully) a more competent staff.
I NEVER leave reviews, but wow. Walked into Freddy’s, not a single person in line so I walk right up to the counter. One employee sitting in a booth on her phone, not working. Another employee in the kitchen sitting on his phone, not working. Literally stood there while another 7 people walked in, waited 5 minutes which is a very long time to just stand there and not be helped. Still never got helped so we walked out. Mind you, this place was NOT jam packed or busy. Just careless employees who clearly aren’t held accountable for being worthless. So pathetic.
Great selection of burgers and sides. the creamy peanut butter shake was very good. skinny fries with our combos were fried perfectly. recommend giving them a tryFood: 5/5
