La Veranda - Rodos

Amazing place to eat and enjoy the view. Worth a visit. Booked in advance to guarantee a decent table and was in a large group. There are a variety of restaurants in the area that compete to dinate the tourists. Some of the front of the house can be very annoying. When I came by the beginning of the holiday, the front of the house just said politely good evening. There were no, come and eat here type of sales tactics, which is why I went back and booked after looking at some of the reviews. When we arrived, we were greeted and showed our seats on the roof terrace. The terrace view is over the old town and beautiful at a clear night watching the sunset. The menu was in different languages and all the same prices as the locals. Not a tourist trap. Some of the items on the menu have pictures that look exactly what is served. The food isn't too disappointed, we had the seafood plated with jacket potatoes. The mix grill is also massive and easy to share. Others in the group had Greek dishes that were amazing. We ordered a few liters of house wine to share and the Greek coffee was very nice.

Really worth a visit. Nice place, roof terrace on a beautiful place. The food is perfect in taste. The price is good. Service is the best. Really nice people in a tourist area are hard to find here you can find them.

Really delicious food with beautiful sea views. Fast service. We had the gyro plate and it was very delicious. The prices are very good. It was very relaxing because you can sit on the roof. The only drawback is that we cannot pay with the card so that only cash is possible.

A beautiful restaurant with magnificent views of Fort,Sea and the street. They serve good Greek cuisine. The staff is so polite and warm.
