Bidrage med feedbackI really wanted to publish a good review because the food is amazing and there are many possibilities. I've eaten three times in this restaurant. For the first time I had the risoto, for the second time the chicken bulgogi, a pasta dish for the third time. First 2 were good 3. I used to be gluten. I will contact the restaurant to let them know
We were very impressed by this restaurant. The owner apparently has extensive experience around the world, but ultimately chose a simpler life, moved to Rocky Mountain House, and opened Cucina. From Seoul, but trained in high-end kitchens in Europe, the owner covers an unusual mix of Italian and Korean fare. Based on our experience, my guess is that everything is done very well on the menu. We had two Korean dishes (amazing; the kimchi (really excellent); a classic steak dish (also great and a risotto (loving). The staff was very well informed about gluten-free options. There were tons of options including all pasta dishes (with gluten-free penne and all Risotto dishes, almost all classic entrees (steaks etc.) and several excellent Korean dishes (the chicken bulgogi with glass noodles was particularly delicious. I just wish this restaurant wasn't so far in RMH. Those nearby should use this jewel.
If you get there ask your server which options are gf. They are not on the menu, but the staff are all very well versed in gluten-free!
