Subway - Rockwood

It took right at an HOUR for 2 sandwiches ordered on the app. I ordered it at 5:17pm and my husband is just now walking out with them at 6:00pm. They weren’t busy at all.

The really nice lady working I think her name is Michelle. Made my food and was excellent in doing so. Thanks for everything Subway...

Very fast service! The lady making our sandwiches was super funny, and really good at making exactly what we wanted.

Staff was arguing with each other. They all seemed very confused about what they were doing. One of them kept throwing the food back in the containers. I don't think I'll be back to this Subway.

The young lady behind the counter and she started my order and had to take care of the gentleman that was ahead of me and cked him out. She did not change her disposable gloves and proceeded to complete my order with dirty gloves and I stopped her and ask her if she’s ever heard of cross contamination. Especially after talking money .Not to start a big discussion I just left the restaurant.
