I had place my mobile order online to eat inside I wanted to get my food taken to me but Maribel manager from morning decided to bag my order like not feeling welcome and scream my name for me to get my order and decide to go run to talk to some other customers that were around was very

I was very unhappy today with this location; usually they are on their A game and I tend to be a very patient person, working in food service myself. But today was a wreck, I ordered through the app to make my wait a little fast and went through curbside because the drive thru was just incredibly chaotic- the line wrapped around the building- and to my displeasure I watched, from the curbside spot, the last person in line when I parked go though the line, get their food, and leave (which took 25 minutes mind you). I went in after that and waited another 8 minutes to receive my food which included a small frozen drink, I got told the machine wasn’t working (it clearly was but the employee just didn’t want to make it) but when I pushed he looked back and saw that he couldn’t use that excuse and made it for me. The only good thing about this experience was that the food was at least hot but it shouldn’t take the same amount of time a busy sit down restaurant takes to make food at a “fast food” restaurant especially when a customer is placing the order themselves without an employee taking the order.

Everytime I go to this McDonald's, the person at the drive thru window has a bad attitude. It's not even the same person , it's different people and they all have a bad attitude. I got chicken n nuggets and specifically asked for sauce and they gave me none. Whose gonna eat dry chicken nuggets?

The last few times I came, I was accused of stealing, more than once by the same lady. I asked for fresh cookies at the drive thru so they wanted me to wait at the waiting spot, the lady comes over asking what I’m waiting on. I told her politely that I was waiting for fresh chocolate chip cookies, she replied with “let me look in your bag first” accusing me of stealing? The 2nd time I drove up, she argued with me that I asked for a small and not a large drink, but me AND the person I had sitting RIGHT next to me KNEW I asked for a large. She refused to give it to me. Normally I would think oh it’s just a big misunderstanding, but it’s the same person, and she always gives me attitude. I never gave her reason to. Eventually I got tired of arguing over what I asked for and didn’t get and talked to the so called “manager” who was not very polite. Again, Idk what it’s like to work at a fast food chain, so I try my best to be understanding and polite. Noticing attitude from another worker who just doesn’t even try to help but just shove my food to my hand. Idk what happened because everyone there use to be so nice!

I drive from Royse City to this location. Great job and keep it up! Y’all are the best. Thank you for always making great food and getting my order right.
