Firehouse Subs Rockwall Plaza

Just picked up our family order... Missing a drink and chips off one order. And then the apple juice and chips off my kids order. ? My sandwich didn't have extra cheese on it and none of the sauce I asked for. When I walked in the guys just kinda pointed to where I was supposed to pick up my order. And I said thank you they didn't say anything back.... Also none of our sandwiches came with the pickle spear. Huge let down

The steak and the chess lower part ordered. Much too easy for the picture seen in the menu. From an angle one could hardly say that the bread was divided from something in between. I just tasted like a gloom. I think I have to do my own subs, I can do this better and cheaper.

Back the hot sauce please!!!! Not those sad packages. Will update the evaluation with the return of the sauce.

Way too overpriced for NOT getting items ordered!!! Ordered steak and cheese received with no cheese! $11 for the sorry excuse of a sub pictured below. Drink ordered not received and other order did not receive chips. All that had to be purchased separately by the way! Such a horrible first time experience! Spent $30 on a medium incomplete steak and cheese and a small turkey bacon ranch! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Terrible service. The cashier wasn't paying attention when I walked up to the counter to place my order. The ice wasn't working in the drink machine. When I asked if I could get ice due to the issue I was given a sparky remark and no solution, so I had my order refunded from a combo to just the sandwich. Very rude customer service and the lobby was absolutely trashed. I'm very disappointed because I enjoy the food. They also forgot to give the pickles with the order too. I won't be coming back to this location.
