Panera Bread - Rockville Centre

Wish I could give zero stars but 1 is the least so here goes... this is what happened to my sister today at Rockville Center Panera. Corporate needs to get involved this is unacceptable! Food is great, drinks are great but customer service is lackingat this location. My rapid pick up orders are never at the designated rapid pick up area and I always have to wait on the lineto get my order. When I finally questioned it, I was told You weren 't waiting that long. And when I asked for his name, hewould not give it. I asked for a manager and he said Now, you 're acting ridiculous. I helped you. And he told me there is nomanager in. I 've been to many Panera locations, but this one is the only one I have encountered rude staff in. Will notreturn. Do better Panera! Your staff needs to be trained on how to treat their customers if you intend to have them come back.Too late for us though we will not return!

Yesterday, I ordered a latte at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the first cup I received was heavily diluted with milk, lacking foam on top, and lukewarm. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the cashier agreed to make me another cup. The second cup was an improvement, although the ratio of espresso to milk still wasn't quite right. The temperature was better and there was some foam on top. When I received the second cup, the cashier handed it to me with an attitude and labeled it as "extra hot," even though I had only requested the right temperature. When I tried to communicate this, she ignored me and walked away. I decided to speak to the manager about the poor customer service I had received. Unfortunately, he dismissed my concerns, attributing the cashier's behavior to having a bad day. He offered no apology for the treatment I received. The latte I received was also more expensive than Starbucks but did not meet the quality and temperature standards expected. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing, and I do not plan on returning.

I like Panera Bred, and if I'm on the way and want to eat, I always stop by. ??I liked this place, everything was prepared very quickly and how I love hot hot soup and salad. The employees are friendly and the place was clean. Parking is located behindthe building, there are many places.

The coffee, soups, and breads at this restaurant are always delicious. We tried the breakfast menu and the egg bacon sandwiches were excellent. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant needs improvement as the table tops were dirty and there were crumbs on the floor at 10am.

The cashiers are fantastic! The food quality is excellent. You can see that everyone in the kitchen is working hard to provide fast and high-quality service. A woman also regularly checks the seating area to ensure it is clean and tidy.
