Subway - Rockville

I was here after work, had to use the toilet room before I buy my food. this older hispanic dame, which occurs a bitter with the worst customer service I have seen, said that I had to buy when I wanted to use her toilet room. Of course, I was there to buy a sandwich but did not want to take the rest of the room and I explained to her that in Spanish! this place really needs new people to work here.

If I didn't give this place a star. there on a Sunday 7th august, near the closing time, and the two older hispanic ladies were there, they had the worst customer service I saw. they were more concerned about eating to take home when making our food! I told one that the toppings I wanted, and when I noticed that they already ended my sub without adding anything, because they tried to accommodate them. that was terrible that they only told us that they were eating before us and that they did not offer us a proper customer service. will never come to this place again. instead of driving a longer distance. only terrible

Bad customer did not like that the actress she was evil patient if I could not spare the food and said well that you did not get it sorry and would not recommend this place to anyone who would not return to this place

I love going there. eating is always fresh, and the 2 ladys who work there are always so nice.

The young lady Johanna did a wonderful job, and was really nice and kind. But the other older women was very rude. When we asked for a napkin for a party of 5 she only gave us two napkins. What a bad service.
