Starbucks - Rockville

I ordered 2 drinks on the mobile app waiting to go to my particular time. 1 drink was ready. the barista did not know how to make an iondoner fog latte, she offered to put cold limonade in it! then, 20 minutes later she poured cold heavy cream into the cup that was handed over to me. it took 5 calls when they answered that they would not give me back for the wrong drink they were too busy. worst experience at sbx je! worst store!

Sitting area inside and outside, interesting and helpful batistas, clean toilet, ok wifi. the place is not too busy in the rule.

Beautiful neighbourhood dieucks with fast and friendly service. smaller shops with limited seating, but beautiful large covered outdoor seating. many parking spaces. can be busy, but the service is generally still quite fast.

Placed a mobile order for pickup. The order was ready upon arriving approximately 10 minutes later. There was zero acknowledgment from people behind the counter. The drink was very lukewarm even though it was an iced drink. Worst part was how sticky the drink container was. Ugh. I keep wondering why I even bother with Starbucks anything. I really miss the Italian Sweet Cream Iced Coffee from the Bagel Baker on days like this. At least the workers there are fast, friendly, and nice. Longing to get out of town again. Thanks Starbucks for making me dislike this area all that more.
