Bidrage med feedbackSo i used the McDonald's app to order mcnuggets in a deal alongside fries and a mcdouble. The positives the mcdouble was nicely done and adjusted according to my order request as well as the fries came hot and piping. While I can nit pick how deal fries vs actual fries vary across branches but I always end up regretting ordering a bigger size when my hunger is past. The nuggets were quite dry which afterwards I pointed to the staff who asked if I wanted a new order but I was way beyond full and just told them so that subsequent buyers can get a better product. Plus I didn't want them to discard the nuggets as food waste, which we can all do less of.
The new manager is smug The entire management very defensive The entire stock of hash browns taste and smell strong of frostburn.. Instead of casually accepting this as a possibility. He would rather argue and help me believe that he is capable of violence because you have insulted his hash browns. Furthermore .belittling me. Laughing about my inability to find the correct term for frostburn. I have trouble with my speech and Loss of descriptive words due to a traumatic brain injury Has brought me to tears being treated like this often from my brain injury. Especially as I apologize for my hash browns being frostburnt
Only two people working. Waited over 40 minutes trapped in the drive thru with no way to get out except to wait for the very slow service.
The girl with the pink hair working in the drive-through in the car experience unforgettably positive! We had a large order of a large double cheeseburger meal with hot mustard and a lemonade, the fish filet meal, large, with Coke zero and ketchup on the side, too hot and spicy with chicken sandwiches in large fries with ketchup on this side, and two four-piece chicken nugget Happy meals with apple slices and juice. Everything came out correctly, was made fresh, and came out sooner than we expected. Would 100% recommend this McDonald's to anybody!
Went here to dine in and get a Grimace Shake, decided to buy the meal. Screwed up our order. Twice. Food took FOREVER to get to our table and when we asked why one of our drinks was a blue slushie, they said they “ran out of the coke one”. So instead of telling us that it ran out and asking what WE wanted as a substitute, they gave us some random drink. 0 people at the register to take your order. You had to YELL to the back to get any sort of help. 0 communication staff to staff. Or staff to customer. There was more communication between the people standing in line than there was between anyone in the back. 1 hour later we finally got the CORRECT food. Horrible experience, I would give it a 0/5 if I could. If you can’t handle the inside, shut down the inside, or the drive thru!
