The Pink Duck Bar & Bistro - Rockingham

Nice bar, but don't go to dinner. 'beach boys' plate for 2 was straight from coles. homemade chips on the main reminded me to be a child when Ur-Mum promised that she could make home mais, but failed. the place was also much too quiet for the meal until someone finally fed to a music. overall they go for the alcohol and friendly staff, but if they want to eat olive from a glass, they simply save their money and go straight to coles.

Sat at the weekend and get the rindburger with chips. the panini leaf was soft together with the bark patty. the chips were dry and some of them burned. my partner got the steak on the stone she had to cook to her taste, which was quite cool. the garlic sauce did not taste like garlic, more like cream sauce. probably not come back for eating, but the ambiente is great. right opposite the beach. good place to cool after the beach.

Was a bit careful after some of the reviews on here, but a family member loved the place and offered to pay for my meal. ends up getting the $15.95 lunch special from steak on a hot rock. it was beautiful! very delicate and tasty, also slicing and cooking it itself was actually quite entertaining. the pfeffer sauce was amazing (serious it is like cracking) the chips were delicious and plentiful, the salat was fresh. there were about 10 of us and everyone enjoyed their meal. price was also great, for meals and drinks (noting that was lunch, dinner is more expensive). sounds like most people here complained about the barramundi and nachos as long as you...read more

The service was good, but eating was an absolute sweat. a plate of nachos with huh ordered as extra. no wow came with the nachos, and the nachos themselves were literally some 'nacho cheese' flavored dorritos or cc 's on plate with some terrible salsa. I had not expected a whole amount in consideration of his one bistro; but really, it was just terrible. could not even eat more than a few chips. felt very deceived in view of my friend and I so rarely go for a meal, and we was wasting our hard earned money on this mist.

Went here on saturday with the best friend! Half way between mand and freo! Wasnt impressed! We both ordered the lunch special barra on a hot rock! Not what we expected! The barra came out completely raw! So its takes i while to cook in front of you! Also the skin was completely ruined because it had stuck to the rock! Garlic butter was good! Side salad was dismal and the chips were soggy! Both have a mocktail nothing to rave about!
