Hearthrock Cafe - Rockford

This is a great little café. The staff is great and people sit and enjoy their day without any grief from the staff. I had the pulled pork wrap...I needed more napkins than they gave me. It was good but very messy.

Great little spot with a limited menu. Coffee is run of the mill. Food items are above average.

More cozy place to have a good meal while they dream of decorating their home! although they also offer take-out what we did this time for rockford's restaurant week. we tried the Cuban and the ribbed quadrilla. I loved the smokey taste of the meat in the 'dilla and would give it a thumb. friendly service!

I?ve enjoyed my experience here so far. Cozy atmosphere. The Cuban was excellent. Chili is good. I thought the baby back rib quesadillas were too greasy and could have used a white fresco cheese as substitute for the cheddar but flavor overall was decent. Pictured is the Rueben and chili.
