Casey's - Rockford

I've been into this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks to grab breakfast and food and everytime the hotcase has been 100% empty. I've just turned around and walked back out. I'll go a cross the street to Kwik Trip Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ended up walking out as I was completely ignored!!! And I never do that! I work customer service and am usually understanding! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Shout out to the night staff tonight!!! The gentleman working the front recognized me from earlier when I had an app malfunction, and offered a free drink and pizza because of the mishap. This is why our family shops here!!! Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First, I love Casey's pizza however everytime I go into this location for a slice of hot pizza, the pizza case is completely empty. Friday, August 26th 5:30 pm and no pizza for sale. Two people in the kitchen and two people running the counter and no pizza... it blows my mind the owner of the Rockford location dont know how his store is operated. What does is cost Casyes to make one pizza? $1.20? At $2.45 a slice, That seems like alot of lost profit. Its to the point I almost expect the hot case to be empty most of the time.
