Schlossstube, im Hotel am Schloss Rockenhausen

Check-in and check-out was uncomplicated. Room was spacious and clean. Since on our arrival day was rest day (Monday) we could not eat in the restaurant (but when booking it was also pointed out). The nice gentleman at the reception gave us the opportunity to tell us where to eat well in the evening.

We had a booking confirmation for 2 rooms, unfortunately only 1 room was finished. The staff at the reception was completely overwhelmed. You could have checked in earlier. Totally inflexible kindness is different. In addition, the ID number is asked. If you don't give them, the key card is called back. The room itself was very nice. The bathroom could have been clean and the service employee was striving, but very clumsy in the choice of words.

Very nice hotel in the center. Very friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast!
