Bidrage med feedbackGreat crepes! Huge crepes! Perfect portions. Pretty delicious presentation. Staff have great energy, of course love their jobs! Clean. So delicious. I stole the whole family for breakfast, all the stolen bites from each other! The pink drink was delicious. The classic, the row-shaped cowboy (damping!!! , the ultimate, the Strawberry Nutella, the children half chocolate, Pan Crepe with maple syrup. It's fantastic.
I just wanted it to be a place for me because it was DELICIOUS. It took a while (like 30 minutes at lunch so up, but definitely worth waiting if you can save some time. My spouse and I shared the turkey bacon pesto avocado panini and the buffalo chicken crepe. The Panini was amazing, possibly the best sandwich I've ever had, was on multigrain bread I usually hate (textur, but this was soft and not too strange about seeds Lol and was a little sweet in a good way; there was so much taste packed in this sandwich, all different flavors from the different ingredients and spices, but they all couple very well together, really. And it wasn't overdue and too crispy like Paninis sometimes. It was really perfect, we were so full, but I just wanted one for the experience again. The crêpe was also so good that my spouse kept his nose on the idea of crepes, but now he is a creditor; Large, well balanced aromas and textures all around. Honestly probably one of my favorite restaurants, that's a shame since I'm 2,000 miles away. Come to the MD, Cowboy Crepes! I didn't take a picture of the food because we ate it so fast, but here is another picture of the amazing Bison coffee painting.
Absolutely a great place to eat every meal! Very casual and easy-going prices. Extensive food quality and presentation. Quality ingredients, hearty portions. Variety menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner dessert!! You want one of everything... we ate there two days in a row. Also a nice surprise at our short visit to Rock Springs!
These crepes are delicious and very filling. It's worth visiting for the coffee alone; they give you the French press so you can choose how long to let your coffee brew, and press it yourself. Best coffee I've had in a long time!
Cowboy Crepes was a simple suggestion on Google Maps as we were driving through Rock Springs. We decided to stop to give them a try and we will definitely return when we travel through again. I had the Buffalo Chicken and couldn't get enough. There was enough sweet to the spice that it made it very interesting and appetizing. The service was awesome also! Keep it up!
