I am very disappointed by Luigi Son in Rock Hill, SC. I ordered 7 Chicken Alfredo dinner plate for my family and paid $123.09. This was my first time to order Chicken Alfredo from them, and it was extremely dry, lack of spices and hardly had a chicken on the plates. Before I placed my order, I expressly asked myself that the Chicken Alfredo is saucy. The server said with an attitude, it can tell them less noodles and more sauce. Then I told her that it's not that I don't want much noddles, I just want enough sauce to cover the noddles. Then she said well, you would have to pay $5 per pint extra sauce, as many as you want? Then I told her I didn't want to pay for any extra sauce, especially after buying 7 records. I also recommended that this was my first time Chicken Alfredo ordered from them, so I honestly did not know whether the Alfredo was saucy or dry. Then she guessed it was saucy. I also asked that 3 of the 7 salads do not have olives. After salads, none of the salads had olives. I asked for the food to be ready at 17.00 to get it after work. I arrived at 5:30 and when I looked at one of the plates, I saw no sauce. I asked a server if the sauce was on the floor and she said yes, so I left I thought everything was okay. When I came home, I gave my family their plates and after tasting everyone felt it was dry and tasteless. I called the manager to tell her about our experience, and she said I asked about the sauce on the side because the noddles absorb the sauce. But how would I have known to ask for the sauce on the page whether this is my first time to order her Chicken Alfredo and the server on the phone if not suggested on order after I told her that this was my first time and I wanted to saucy. I do Chicken Alfredo all the time at home from scratches and the riddles do not absorb the sauce hours later. The only way that will happen is if there is not so much sauce to begin. The resolution presented by the manager was that next time she will give me 1 free sauce after I paid and received 7 dry Chicken Alfredo dinner. I have never eaten in any restaurant and felt like I have not received a resolution that we both agree with. I am very disappointed and will not be back. Bad customer service and money was wasted.
